The Challenge

The existing roof was over 18 years old, showing significant deterioration including membrane shrinkage, failed seams, and ponding water in multiple areas. The building required a complete roof replacement that would provide superior waterproofing, energy efficiency, and long-term durability against Florida's challenging climate.
Our Solution
After a comprehensive inspection, our team recommended a complete tear-off and installation of a new 60-mil TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane roofing system. TPO was selected for its superior heat-welded seams, excellent UV resistance, and Energy Star certification. The white reflective surface would also significantly reduce cooling costs for the building.
